OFW TRADE-IN PROGRAMME

1. These Bose Trade-In Programme Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and One Futureworld Pte Ltd (‘OFW’). Read these Terms carefully before participating in the Trade-In-Programme.

2. This promotion is only valid from 6 May to 5 June 2022, 2359hrs.

3. Trade-in discount is up to 20% and capped at SGD 100.

4. Trade-in is available at all five Bose Premium Reseller Stores (Paragon, Funan Mall, VivoCity, NEX and Republic Plaza) managed by One Futureworld Pte Ltd, excluding (OFW) online store.

5. Subject to these Terms, you may trade in an eligible device such as Headphones and Earbuds only (no brands limitation).

6. You may trade in only one (1) device under this Trade-In Programme to offset the purchase of one (1) unit of Bose product (Headphones & Earbuds only).

7. The Trade-In Device can be in working or non-working condition.

8. No negotiation of the amount of rebate will be entertained.

9. OFW reserves the right to reject any trade-in at our own discretion.

10. At the time of trade-in, you must be the owner of the Trade-In device

11. Once accepted, you cannot request to return your Trade-In Device.

12. One Futureworld reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms at any time, including terminating the Trade-In Programme or modifying these Terms.

13. Customer agrees to the collection and usage of personal data by OFW for the purpose of Trade-in Promotion. Collected personal data will be treated with strictest confidentiality and accordance to OFW's Data Protection Policy

14. By participating in the Trade-In Programme, you accept and are bound by these Terms.
