| How do I Join the loyalty programME? |

Click on the "Sign Up Now" button to register an account on our website. Once that is done, click on the bottom right corner button (Advocado App) and sign up (or sign in) an account with Advocado using your phone number. |
| Do I get cashback at ALL 4 BOSE PREMIUM RESELLER RETAIL STORES? |
| Yes you do. Our staff will assist you to key in your phone number into our tablet to create/ sign in to your Advocado Account. From there you will receive your $5 Cashback (First Time Users only) in your account which you may redeem on your first purchase. You will also get cashback with every purchase that you have made, according to your membership tier. 1% cashback for Bronze tier membership. 3% cashback for Silver tier membership. 5% cashback for Gold tier membership. |
| Is there a Membership Fee to join the programME? |

No, there is no membership fee to join. It is free for all. To be a Silver or Gold tier member, however, would require a minimum spend in order to qualify for that tier. Bronze tier Free with any spend. Silver tier • Spend $1,500 in a single receipt to be upgraded & receive 3% cashback instantly (valid for in-store purchases only) • Spend an accumulative amount of $1,500 from Bronze to be upgraded* *Accumulative purchases will not qualify for instant membership cashback (applies to online and in-stores) E.g., Customer with Bronze membership tier (1% cashback) made a first $500 transaction and $1000 on second transaction. Customer will be upgraded to Silver tier (min spend $1,500 from Bronze) but will not receive instant cashback of the upgraded tier. Customer will start earning Silver tier’s cashback of 3% from third transaction onwards. Gold tier • Spend $6,000 in a single receipt to be upgraded and receive 5% cashback instantly (valid for in-store purchases only). • Spend an accumulative amount of $6,000 from Bronze to be upgraded* *Accumulative purchases will not qualify for instant membership cashback (applies to online and in-stores) E.g., Customer with Bronze membership tier (1% cashback) made a first $500 transaction and $5500 on second transaction. Customer will be upgraded to Gold tier (min spend $6,000 from Bronze) after second transaction but will not receive instant cashback of the upgraded tier. Customer will start earning Gold tier’s cashback of 5% from third transaction onwards. • Spend an accumulative amount of $4,500 from Silver to be upgraded* *Accumulative purchases will not qualify for instant membership cashback (applies to online and in-stores) E.g., Customer made a first $1,500 transaction and was upgraded to Silver membership tier (instant 3% cashback). | Is there aN expirATION TO my membership? |
| There is no expiry of membership with our programme for the Bronze tier. However membership for Silver and Gold tiers will expire after 365 days if minimum spend is not attained. Once expired, the membership would default to the previous tier. To maintain Silver membership, you will have to spend $1,500 within 365 days from the date of joining the Silver tier. To maintain Gold membership, you will have to spend $4,500 within 365 days from the date of joining the Gold tier. Please note that all Cashback Values have an expiration of 365 days from the date of your last transaction earned. |
| How do i check my cashback/ rewards? |
| You may check your cashback value by clicking on the Advocado Icon on the bottom right corner on our website and signing in. Alternatively, you may sign in via https://advocado.app/ to check on the cashback value as well as vouchers. The Cashback or Birthday Voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. |
| WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY VOUCHER AND HOW DO I REEDEM iT? |

| IS THERE AN EXPIRATION TO MY BIRTHDAY VOUCHER? |
| Birthday Voucher will expire 31 days from date of issue or when next membership tier is attained, whichever is earlier. |
| I PURCHASED RETAIL PRODUCTS FROM ONLINE PLATFORMS (SHOPEE, LAZADA). AM I ENTITLED TO EARNING CASHBACK? |

Sadly, no. Only purchases from our website, as well as our 4 Bose Premium Reseller retail, stores are applicable for cashback earning and redemption. |
| Can I submit and earn cashback with my past dated receipt/ invoice? |
|
Unfortunately, no. Members may only submit their physical receipt/ invoice within the same day of their purchase in order to earn their cashback. |
