Shipping and Delivery

Due to the current Covid-19 restricted movements and overwhelming orders, please expect a delay in the delivery of your order from our third party logistics service provider, Ninja Van. However, rest assured that we are working closely with them to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and kind understanding during this period.

Any orders placed after 12pm Singapore time (GMT+8) are typically processed within the next business day.

We currently deliver items within Singapore only.

Standard Shipping Time Frame for Singapore Deliveries
One Futureworld will process your order and ship it to you within 1-4 working days depending on the ordered date/ time. Not applicable to out-of-stock items.

All the deliveries will be made during business days. In all domestic shipping options, Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Shipping and Handling Charges
We provide FREE standard Delivery on regular priced items to any address within Singapore. In all other cases shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the merchandise ordered. At our discretion free delivery services may be available for selected items under promotion provided it is indicated clearly on the product posting. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your cart items. Shipping and handling charges are payable upon checkout (if applicable).

Damaged & Missing Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us at support@onefutureworld.com within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy
For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside the other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered

Tracking of Shipment / Delivery
Upon shipping arrangement, we will notify you the shipping/ delivery tracking number via email within 5 working days.
We are currently in the midst of setting up our shipping/ delivery tracking system and hope to serve you better in the future

Acknowledge receipt of goods
Source of identification is not required during the delivery on your purchase
However, you are required to sign and acknowledge the consignment note upon receiving your bill purchase
Should you independently designate a third party to receive your items on your behalf, the third party may be required to produce his identification card for recording purposes

Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. While every effort is made to assure product inventory counts are accurate on our website, it is possible that an item may be found to be out-of-stock after you have placed your order. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within three (3) business days of your order.
