Bose by One Futureworld’s Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions
  1. These Bose Trade-In Program Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and One Futureworld Pte Ltd (‘OFW’). Read these Terms carefully before participating in the Trade-In-Program. By participating in the Trade-in Program, you accept and are bound by these Terms.
  2. This promotion is valid from 1st April 2023 to 1st May 2023 (both dates inclusive)

*Trade in items can be in working and/or non-working condition and can include headphones, earbuds, portable speakers and soundbars of any brands. Take note that 1 trade in item per every new Bose product purchase.

  1. Promotion is applicable at all authorised Bose Reseller Stores managed by One Futureworld (Singapore) Pte Ltd (OFW), EXCEPT online store and/or website managed by OFW. Please refer to the full list of authorised Bose Reseller and Retailers HERE.
  2. Subject to these Terms & Conditions, Trade-in device can be either workingor non-working device, with no brands limitations.
  3. Accepted trade-in devices include but not limited to; ie: earbuds, headphones, portable speakers and soundbars.
  4. One (1) trade-in device is needed to offset every purchase of one (1) unit of Bose product.  
  5. Trade-in discount and/or rebate is fixed, and no negotiation will be entertained.
  6. At the time of trade-in, you must be the owner of the Trade-in device.
  7. OFW reserves the right to reject any Trade-in device at our own discretion.
  8. All Trade-in Device are non-returnable.
  9. OFW reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, including terminating the Trade-in Program or modifying these Terms & Conditions.
  10. Customer agrees to the collection and usage of personal data by OFW for the purpose of Trade-Up Promotion. Collected personal data will be treated with strictest confidentiality and accordance to OFW's Data Protection Policy

14. By participating in the Trade-In Programme, you accept and are bound by these Terms.
